FREE ZOOM EVENT May 18th @ 4pm with author Christopher Cheng

Christopher Cheng, author and SCBWI Advisory Council member, will share his presentation Getting to the Heart of It Writing Non-fiction (and Fiction) from Fact. Christopher Cheng is the award winning author of more than 40 children's books. He has written historical fiction and non-fiction and he compiled the ever popular Classic Australian Poems. He is co-chair of the International Advisory Board for the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators, and a recipient of the Lady Cutler Award for Children’s Literature (NSW Australia).

If you don't remember your SCBWI password, then go to this link: https://www.scbwi.org/forgot-password and enter the email address associated with your membership. You will receive a link by email to reset your password. Once you know your password, log in to scbwi.org Click the Member Home button at the top right of the page. Then click My Profile, followed by Edit My Profile. On the Edit Profile page, scroll down until you see Manage Your SCBWI Regions. Click that. Choose our region (Texas: Southwest) from the dropdown list. Click Update.
